Privacy Policy

Corporate BS Translator (“we”, “the service”) translates and decodes text using an AI language model. This policy explains what data we process and why.

What you give us

• Text you submit for translation. It is sent to our AI provider to generate a result, and may be cached for up to 30 days so identical requests don't re-run. Cached entries are not linked to your identity.
• Account details (if you sign up): your email address and a one-way hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Subscription status (if you upgrade): handled by our payment partner Creem; we only store whether your Pro plan is active.

Who processes it

• Google (Gemini) — receives the text you submit in order to produce the translation.
• Creem — our Merchant of Record for payments; it collects and stores your card and billing data. We do not see your full card details.
• Umami (if enabled) — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

Cookies & advertising

Logged-in users get a single session cookie so you stay signed in. Analytics (if enabled) is cookieless. If advertising is shown on free pages, the ad provider may set cookies; see that provider's own privacy policy.

Retention & your rights

Cached translations expire automatically (~30 days). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your data.
